We have different positions available that fit many different skillsets. Our roof inspectors can assess damage from the roof or use our technology-assisted devices to evaluate steep or pitched roofs. Our contents services specialists work within the interior of a property and are trained to process an accurate inventory of damaged belongings along with fair market valuations.
Hancock deducts required state and federal taxes from gross earnings for our employees. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for paying your federal or state taxes (if applicable) and Social Security, according to the Internal Revenue Service. You will receive a 1099 form each year that you earn $600 or more.
